AsterTrek is looking for few motivated Intern App Testers to join our growing team. If you enjoy exploring new apps, finding bugs, and improving user experience, this role is a great way to build real-world tech skills.

What You will Do:

Test mobile and web application features

Identify bugs and usability issues

Work closely with developers to verify fixes

Assist with basic documentation and reporting

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

Familiarity with databases (MySQL/SQL Server preferred)

Curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the voice of AsterTrek - ensuring our riders and drivers receive prompt, empathetic, and effective support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to a smooth and satisfying user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and in-app chat

Resolve complaints and disputes with professionalism and care

Monitor ride activity and proactively address service disruptions

Collaborate with operations and tech teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Educate users on app features, policies, and promotions

Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related field

1 to 2 years of experience in customer service (preferably in tech or ride sharing)

Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Familiarity with CRM tools and mobile apps

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
